I don’t know what happened to the clinic recently, especially the front desk. They used to be great. This year, they have consistently asked me to reschedule my appointment week after week — sometimes with the cleaner, sometimes with the doctor. Mixed up the date and the day of my appointment. The scheduling has become very disorganized and frustrating.

I had a great experience here for my routine checkup, hygiene, and crown work for a fractured tooth. Dr. Zhao and the entire team were incredibly warm, gentle, and understanding. After a previous bad dental experience, I was quite nervous, but they regularly checked in on my comfort and made sure I was at ease. The pain and sensitivity were very manageable throughout. I’m really grateful to have found a clinic where I feel so well cared for.

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. I went in with a chipped tooth and it was fixed very quickly and professionally. The dentist explained everything clearly, the repair looks great. The staff were also friendly and efficient, which really helped me feel at ease.

I had a great experience at Vancouver Dental Studio. Dr. Zhao is highly skilled, gentle, and very good at communicating with patients. My teeth had several interproximal cavities because the gaps between them were very tight and I couldn’t floss properly. Dr. Zhao carefully restored and filled them over two appointments. Now everything feels great and looks natural. I also came back for a cleaning appointment — the hygienist was very gentle, polite, and professional. The whole process was comfortable and stress-free. The window view is only prefect! I truly appreciate their excellent care and highly recommend this clinic!

Very professional and caring dentist! The whole experience was smooth — the doctor Zhao explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and the staff Eugenia and Trina are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
