Would highly recommend Kruti for Physio, she takes time to really understand and explain what is going on with your body system. Very insightful and caring in her practice. Has helped to address back pain that has been bothering me for a long time

I found Andy Dobbs at VanCity Physio through the ICBC claims site after being injured in a recent car accident. He was the only RMT listed at this location, and I definitely lucked out. Andy is amazing. He is clearly very knowledgeable and intuitive. He took the time to understand how my body was affected by the vehicle impact, along with my body’s general composition, so he could treat me in the most effective way. I can be sensitive to too much pressure due to an inflammatory condition, and he has always been mindful of that while maintaining clear communication throughout each session. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic intensity - you can truly feel that it’s working. He knows exactly where to focus to release tension and support recovery. Andy is warm, kind, and creates a calming atmosphere (his music selection is great, too). Truly healing hands. After about a month of treatment, I’m already noticing a significant improvement in my recovery. Highly recommend Andy to anyone seeking thoughtful, effective care.

Disappointing experience with a clinic that prioritizes volume over patient-centered care. There is a clear hierarchy here where administrative ease and billing preferences seem to dictate the quality and experience of treatment, especially if the client is being seen for something more chronic than a simple minor sport injury. I experienced a complete lack of continuity in care, with multiple practitioners providing conflicting advice and painful treatments that caused physical setbacks. The management is unresponsive to written feedback, wanting off-the-record phone calls rather than addressing concerns professionally via email. For those looking for a clinic that values consistency, clear communication, and rehabilitation over convenience, there are far more professional and patient-focused options in the immediate area of this clinic that I would encourage you to explore.

Kruti is caring, warm, and truly believes in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. I really appreciate her holistic approach and her genuine passion for helping others. She has a deep understanding of her field and takes the time to find the root cause of my TMJ rather than offering temporary, “bandage” solutions. For that, I am incredibly grateful. I am very happy to have found her and look forward to continuing my treatment with her. I strongly recommend her expertise.

I highly recommended VanCity Physio. I had a long-standing concern which needed to be addressed and didn't know how to even start. I was assisted by Sam Bellhouse, who is absolutely fantastic and extremely knowledgable. He was able to easily understand the issues I was facing, and apply the right exercises to treat them and give me a foundation to take my health to the next level. On top of that, he is also very personable and great to deal with.
