As always, excellent service from the gents at the 216th location. I have been going there for more than 10 years and am always treated with respect and they have never tried to take advantage of me. The quality of work done is always 100%. Their prices are fair and reflect the quality of work they give. A big shout out to the guys working this evening for not rushing the job when I showed up 10 min before closing in vehicle that's a bit more difficult than the average. And still gave the highest quality service! 100% recommend!

Really good people to do my service. I haven't found a more pleasant and professional place to get my oil change. They do a very thurough job and offer real value for the money. I look forward to my next visit.

Amazing service!! Such nice people who work here and it wasn't overly pricey. It's my birthday today and they even gave me a gift card so that I can use it as a discount next time I come in ☺️ definitely coming here next time I need work done on my car!

If I could add additional stars I would. The employees here know what true customer service means and they demonstrate it every single time I visit. They have never failed to provide top notch service. I recently had a rather unfortunate experience at the Canadian Tire in town where the man at the counter quoted me one hours labour at $180 when I asked for help installing the new headlight bulbs I bought from them as I was having trouble getting the old one out. So I called Express Care and spoke to the manger Brent who told me to come on in and they’d help me out. I was greeting warmly by Kyle, who is an absolute sweetheart by the way, and then waved in by a smiling Mike after barely a five minute wait. I explained to Mike what the issue was. He got the bulb out that was giving me trouble, replaced both headlight bulbs for me, checked to make sure they were working and sent me on my way without asking for a dime. Thank you Mike, Kyle, Brent and all the staff for all you do for your customers. I’m never going anywhere else.

Not bad..just not ideal. Hard to get in and out of..not terrible wait..1st and last time going here..paid as much as wud at dealership..10$ coupon was not worth it and guy has nerve to say he only added Lil windshield fluid.. so wud t be charging me?! What.. even csn tire dont charge for topping up..is the main thing to do with tire inflation during LOF
