Terrible customer service. Called and said good morning and their response was “what”. After talking about the issue, they let me know when their appointments were available, I said that that might be too long a wait for me, thanked them for their time and said I’d come back if I couldn’t find something sooner, they hung up on me before I finished my sentence. Do not recommend even calling in. If I couldn’t find something give zero start I would.

Wow! Amazing service from real down to earth people just there to help. Fixed up my ol' Subi and kept the costs as low as possible. Thank you for making my broken down car troubles fade away!

Just a great place to bring your vehicle. Super friendly and old school Kamloops. Brutus really knows his way around vehicles and is straight up an honest!

Our car blew a brake hose passing through Kamloops on our way home to Revelstoke. I called Valleyview auto and the gentleman tried to squeeze us in but couldn’t that day unfortunately due to parts not being available. Although he couldn’t squeeze us in he went above and beyond sourced the part for us for the next day and recommended another shop that was open saturdays. Car goes in this morning and we will be headed home! Thank you for your help!

I wish I could give zero stars. Brutus answered my call with the charm of a buzz-saw—no greeting, no courtesy, just a curt “Yeah, what?” followed by a string of foul language the moment I tried to explain my issue. His tone was hostile, his words were nasty, and the whole exchange left me feeling like I’d interrupted his day by daring to be a customer. Professionalism? Non-existent. Basic manners? Apparently optional. If you enjoy being talked down to and peppered with profanity, Brutus is your guy. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that treats people with a shred of respect.
