Glad I had the help of the guys at this shop! Had an unfortunate experience with a new used vehicle purchase where many things were missed on the PPI, but the guys here at Europro were able to diagnose everything and went above and beyond to figure things out and fix it in a timely manner. They definitely made a very frustrating situation much better! Would highly recommend them!

Once again ValleyPro have exceeded expectations and provided an excellent experience. The estimate they provided ended up being higher than the actual cost which was appreciated. Some of the work took longer than expected and ran into their lunch hour; therefore, they provided a courtesy car so I could go home until the work was completed.

Great service all around. Their front of house staff are very knowledgeable and help you understand your vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable and they clearly hold their mechanics to a high standard. Would recommend to anybody needing repairs.

my daughter, went in with a issue with oil leaking into the fuses and a loose gasket. This company is absolutely horrible. They lie. They broke the key in my daughter‘s ignition and tried to state that that was the reason why we came in. That was another lie and still charged us for something they said was on them because they broke it When we received the final invoice he still charged and stated that the issue was that when again that was a lie, it was the oil that was in the fuses. I would not recommend this company. They are horrible. They will lie to you and basically just steal your money and not keep their word. We only used this valley pro because, my daughter’s regular mechanic was not open. Surely that they had been opened. She would’ve had her car back in one day and her ignition would not have been broken. Use any other Autohaus than this one.

First time I took my vehicle to ValleyProAutohouse. After reading some reviews decided to give them a try. Totally impressed with the professional manner they operate. My appointment was for 9:00am, I arrived at 8:45 my vehicle was taken in right on time and finished right on time. Kept informed via text message of the work in progress. I will definitely be coming back for any future work on my vehicle. Thanks.
