Shannon is nothing but professional and an expert in her field when it comes to Pelvic Floor. Whatever your needs, regardless of your gender or age, if you are experiencing pelvic floor issues you NEED to see her. Shannon has a way to make everyone that walks into her clinic feel heard, understood and comfortable. Shannon was an amazing support during a difficult fertility journey. She created a safe space, and was incredibly knowledgeable. I learned about how and where I held tension. She then empathetically and patiently guided me through ways to better connect to my body. She is truly incredible at what she does! I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking care for pelvic related issues, and am so deeply thankful she was part of my growth and healing!

Before I started seeing Shannon I believed my experiences of pelvic pain were a fact of life. I had no idea about the better world pelvic floor physio could provide for me. I no longer dread the immense pain of a pelvic exam or ultrasound, as the work I’ve done with Shannon has lessened my discomfort significantly. She is incredibly knowledgeable and provides thoughtful care about the complex issues of our bodies. Through this care she allows her clients to build a safe space within themselves, even in the vulnerable experience of pelvic care. I am truly grateful for everything and could not recommend Shannon enough!

Shannon is a wonderful, down-to-earth human and her approach to physio is awesome! I came to her after my second C-section specifically to assess for diastasis recti (separated abdominal muscles). I really wanted to get back into the gym doing the workouts that I loved, and she developed a personalized plan for me that aligned with those goals. She even created a “30-day challenge” for me at my request to make rehabbing my body more fun. I left her office each appointment feeling empowered and able to challenge my body (as opposed to me treating it like it was broken and needed to be fixed). Oh! And for you other moms out there—I had baby in tow for every appointment and Shannon was amazing about that too, interruptions and all. Highly recommend her!!
