Wouldn't recommend for alignments, as he will carelessly throw the alignment mirrors on your wheels and damage them. Brought in my car, with a set of brand new $10k wheels and left with no alignment and damaged lips on my wheels (since he couldn't loosen up the camber bolts). I'm sure he does great work, but he's sloppy and careless; I wouldn't bring anything higher-end to his shop, unless you don't value your stuff. Funny guy, good chatting, but definitely short tempered.

Great experience. Easy to book an appointment, didn't have to just leave my vehicle all day for their convenience. Jay was clear on what was required, what was imperative and what was okay to deal with later. Super honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Jay inspected my car today and was incredibly honest and professional. The dealership had told me I needed lower control arm replacement, but Jay checked everything thoroughly and confirmed that the bushings are actually fine and no replacement is needed. I really appreciated his integrity — he could’ve easily gone along with the dealership recommendation, but instead he saved me from an unnecessary and expensive repair. I upgraded the inspection to an alignment, and he even waived the inspection fee, which was a great gesture. Overall, excellent service. Jay is a straight-up, no-BS kind of guy, and that’s rare to find. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need anything.

Brought my car in as I thought I may have a strut needing replaced, Jay was great, thoroughly assessed it and turned out it wasn’t the strut, it was a much easier fix. He ordered the part and fixed ‘er up same day. Thank you, Jay, for your thoroughness and honesty, it’s not easy for me to let or trust anyone but my Dad or brothers to work on my car but I’d bring it in to you any time!

Jay is an outstanding mechanic with extensive knowledge and experience. I brought my Jeep Compass in with a nasty noise coming from the front, and after just a quick test drive — without even looking under the chassis — he confidently diagnosed the issue as worn-out axles. We went ahead with the repair, and when I picked up my vehicle today, I immediately felt the difference driving on the highway. I was really impressed by his assertive diagnosis, grateful for his attention and great attitude, and very happy with the excellent work they do at Valley Alignment.
