Im giving them a 2 star since the customer service was really and the girls up front were great to deal with. But the interior clean was awful. I have a tesla which is fairly clean and I brought it in mainly to get all the salt and dirty off the floors and mats but I went ahead and bought the best package as its fairly well priced. When I picked up my car I noticed right away the seats were cleaned with a dirty rag as there were streaked of dirt on all the seats, very noticeable since my interior is white. I called them to let them know as and they told me to come back anytime. I was in a rush as I had a meeting to get back to but when I got back home I took a better look and realized that they hadnt even vacuumed the vehicle as there was dirty within the seams. All the seats appeared to be cleaned with that dirty cloth, there was streaks all over my dash board. And I didnt notice until later on in the evening that the streaks that were on my window were not cleaned off properly. I basically paid 200$ to go through the exterior wash (which they didnt even have to hand dry as it was raining outside that day) and to have the car be wiped with dirty rags. I dont even know if they applied the leather treatment that I paid for as well. So 200$ for a wipe down. I will never return there. Youre better off going through the express at suds for 30$.

Stay Away!! I had a membership to this car wash and in November my wife and I visited for a car wash. I drove in and followed the employees instructions to stop, put the car in neutral and the track started pushing the car like normal. There was a weird secondary motion and something felt a bit off as we were going. When we got to the rollers, the car started veering and the passenger front side jammed up against the equipment. I hit the brake and the equipment stopped. The manager ran out, asked why didn’t we hit the horn if something was off (never been told that or seen a sign to do that by the way) and then to get out of the car and she would drive it out. Once we got out of the car wash, the manager then accused me of doing something wrong (did I have the parking break on (no), did I try and steer the car (no), was my alignment off (what?). I said no to all of these and she started taking photos. When I asked what happens next, she immediately said they are not responsible for damages. She mentioned they would fill out a report and contact me within a week. We asked if they could pay the insurance deductible, which we thought was reasonable ($500.00). A week went by with no contact, so went back to ask and the manager said no they would not cover the deductible. We reached out to the owner about 2 weeks after that (still no one from valet initiated any contact) and while the owner was very polite, all he offered was free carwashes for six months. The total damages for this was just over $7,000. The front headlight needed to be replaced, the front panel had a crease and there was a dent in the door. I have been going to car washes for 50+ years and never had anything like this ever happen before. More than that was how awful we were treated when this happened - no one ever apologized, asked if we were hurt or okay or went out of their way to keep our business. If anything we felt like WE did something wrong and were blamed by the manager that WE damaged their cash wash. It’s truly ridiculous. I can’t stress enough to stay away from this car wash or enter at your own risk. You will never find us there again.

I recently visited this car wash and purchased a membership, overall the wash is okay, but I faced an issue today. Sometimes the staff align cars too close back-to-back without enough space, and because of that, the rear side of the car doesn’t get cleaned properly. As you can see, the back of my car still had dirt after the wash. When someone is paying for a membership, proper spacing and attention to detail should be maintained so the car gets fully cleaned from all sides. I hope the management improves this process so customers get the quality they’re paying for.

I have 2 vehicles and 2 wash packages with them. EV9 (Extreme Car Wash Package) and K4 (Protect Car Wash Package). I am extremely happy and satisfied with their service. Also i have used their Oil Change Service and these guys are superb as well. I definitely recommend them for your car wash service provider.
