Honest and fair pricing by folks who do the work they say they will in a timely fashion with a high level of professionalism. Jon and V & S have restored my confidence in Plumbing/Heating companies in YXE, and as a result will be our go to for all future work. Highly recommend them for any and all work you may need.

V & S plumbing and heating has saved my house and my business. We have lived in our house for 5 YEARS and nobody could figure out what to do with our ventilation system. It was a disaster. With basic principles and good reasoning, they fixed it. Jon is a genius. A few weeks later, we had problems with our air conditioner at my business - a problem that has been there for over 3 years - nobody could figure it out. We replaced the air conditioner with one company, repairs with a different one - nobody could figure it out. He did! I would recommend this guy to anyone. He is calm, reasons through a problem, does not give you B.S./ fast/quick fixes - it is important that someone takes the time. After dealing with 10 different plumbing and heating companies in the last 5 years, I would stick with this one. I hope they are never too busy to help me.

We purchased a new home from Northridge in August 2020. V&S did the plumbing in the house. After we moved in we noticed the water heater exhaust fan was very noisy to the point of having to turn it off during the night so we could sleep. Northridge agreed the fan was noisy and had V&S order a new fan. V&S came out to install the new fan but brought the wrong one. They stated they would reorder the fan and let me know when it comes in. Later that day they asked for some pictures of the fan and the exhaust pipe. After almost a year I finally heard back and they stated they decided not to replace it. That the noise was "normal". One year prior everyone agreed the fan was excessively noisy and had to be replaced. They wouldn't tell me what changed. I finally has to replace the fan myself at a cost of over $400. Stay away from these guys.
