The staff are professional and make one feel comfortable doing something that is really quite out of our normal experience. Were flexible and understanding when weather and travel times meant that appointments had to be tweaked. I am hopeful for lasting results and would highly recommend this service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Urospot! From my very first free consultation, the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Booking my appointments was simple and straightforward, and the online virtual sessions with the physiotherapist were incredibly convenient and effective. The education I received throughout my treatment made such a difference . I learned so much about my own body and how to properly strengthen my pelvic floor. The best part is that the treatment truly works! I’ve seen a 100% improvement in my symptoms — no more leakage when sneezing, coughing, or running. I just completed my 6th session and I am so glad I tried this because it has drastically changed the quality to my life immensely. The staff here from the start of my consult to the appt with the physio therapist, to the front staff who do the bookings were excellent and everyone else who helped me during my process from here. I highly recommend this place if you are having issues with your pelvic floor.

When I walked into this business, it was such a relaxing atmosphere....like going to a spa! I was helped by the friendliest of receptionists and then took a seat in the comfortable, plush chair by a soothing electric fireplace to wait for my appointment. After a couple of minutes, I was invited into a consultation room and sat down on yet another plush, comfy couch to discuss my intake form with a knowledgeable and amiable nurse. She explained the whole process and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. She then lead me to another relaxing room and I was able to have a quick demo of the procedure which was amazing in itself! Back to the friendly receptionist where she flawlessly and quickly set up my future appointments. What a great experience! I walked out of the business smiling, and cannot wait to go back for my first round of treatment! I am very impressed by this new business....what a gem! We are so lucky to have access to this technology in Saskatoon!
