Jaimee at Urban Vanity is honestly the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. Every time I decide to switch up my hairstyle (and I do this a lot 😅), she’s nothing but patient, understanding, and supportive. She never rushes me, never makes me feel like a hassle, and always takes the time to make sure I’m 100% happy with the result. What really sets her apart is how accommodating she is! she’s gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count, even fitting me in right at opening when she didn’t have to. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with my hair. If you’re looking for someone at Urban Vanity who listens, has incredible skill, and truly cares, Jaimee is your girl. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Ashley monthly for years, and she is truly one of a kind. From the very beginning, her knowledge, skill and genuine care set her apart. My skin has never looked or felt better, and I trust her completely with every treatment and recommendation she makes. When I learned Ashley was moving there was no question - I followed her. That alone says everything about the level of care and consistency she provides. She takes the time to listen, personalize each appointment, and make you feel comfortable and confident every single visit. Ashley is not only an incredibly talented esthetician, but also a warm, professional and trustworthy person. I’ve been seeing Jaimee for a few years now, and I genuinely couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. She’s my go-to for everything—color, cuts, extensions—and she even did my hair on my wedding day, which meant so much to me! Jaimee is incredibly talented, easy to talk to, and has a way of making you feel like you’re catching up with a friend every appointment. I always leave feeling happy. Highly recommend!

Ashley gives the most amazing facials. Her room is quaint, cozy, and instantly relaxing. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. If you haven’t heard about her monthly facial program, you seriously need to look into it—you’re truly missing out. The program not only helps me stay consistent with my skincare, but it also gives me a much-needed “me day” every month. Ashley makes me feel amazing every single time I see her! Also, Dani is the most amazing fine line tattoo artist around. Her work is absolutely top-notch, and she pays incredible attention to even the smallest details. You can tell she truly cares about the quality of her art.

Jaimee is amazing. I got an appointment with her for the first time short notice to fix botched colour. We did an eyebrow sculpt at that appointment and she really did an amazing job. I then scheduled her to come, on short notice to do my wedding hair on New Year’s Eve! She came to me! This woman is amazing, I travel from Langley for appointments with her and won’t be going anywhere else moving forward. Top notch, service, top tier person 100%. I will recommend her 1000 times over.
