We started late, but Tony was exceptionally thorough and did a great job. My nails were bad as I have not been able to do them due to hip problem. He was kind and did great work!!

Me & my partner had a really nice experience today. We called in advance to book as sooner we could since it was an improvised plan. In just 20 minutes after the call we were sit & getting a classic pedicure (no polish needed) The service was very complete & relaxing! We left feeling great. Definitely Im going to be back!

Got acrylic nails done Sunday and it is Tuesday and one already fell off! I went in to get it fixed and was met with three very rude ladies that gave me the option to wait, but took another client ahead of me without appointment. The man was working on my nails Sunday was very inappropriate asking me to go for drinks with him.

Lovely owner. Decent place. Always have time for walk ins. But here’s why I’m not coming back. Been coming here irregularly for around 5 years now. I was always quite pleased but recently, unless it’s the owner, I’m never quite happy with my nails after a week. The gel peels up at the cuticles or chips too quickly. I’ve been coming back because I get a discount for working at uptown, but this last visit, they didn’t have the colours I wanted, so I settled on another. I was specifically there to get gel polish to keep my natural nails from breaking before my vacation. Not even a week later, my hair started getting caught in the nail polish as it started to peel up at the cuticle, and now 3 of my nails have broken painfully and the rest are bending easily. I’ve never had such bad luck with gel polish, as when I want to keep my nails from breaking, most places use a thicker version of the gel but this time, they used a regular gel that I was hoping would at least last 2 weeks. As I was getting up to pay, they refused to honor my discount because I don’t have an Employee ID card (which my workplace does not provide) and didn’t accept my full uniform and name tag like usual, so unfortunately, I will no longer be coming back because that was the only reason I kept coming back, that and the lovely owner. (pictures are exactly 2 weeks after the service)

I’ve been coming here since I was 16 to get my nails done! They have always been accommodating schedule wise, they’ve never cut me or messed up my nails, everything has always been perfect. The staff are friendly, kind, and strike the perfect balance between giving you space to enjoy your service, and chatting with you so you’re not stuck in awkward silence. 10’s across the board from me!
