I was unhappy with a haircut I received from one of the temporary self-employed hairdressers at the salon. (not the owner) The salon reached out to rectify the situation and offered either a corrective cut, consultation, or refund. One of the most important qualities of a business is how they react when there is a problem. Do they make it right or do they blame the customer and get defensive? This salon apologized and sought a way to make it right. While it might be awhile before I'm happy with my hair again, I am happy with the response I received from the salon and this reflects well on the owner. Clearly they care about their customers.

Sara is amazing! She obviously has a true passion for what she does. I have been through many hairdressers but Sara always takes the time to walk through what and why she’s doing what she does, and has always been so accommodating. She is an amazing hairstylist and I don’t trust anyone else with my hair ❤️

Sara has been the best hairdresser I've had, would never go to anyone else! I actually make the trip from Kamloops to get my hair done by her! She's just lovely, and the newly renovated salon is beautiful!

Fantastic new salon with all the latest in beauty equipment! Chairs so comfortable you don’t want to get up! And speaking of beauty, owner, Sara, is most definitely that!! The attention she has given my 95 year old Mom over the past two and a half years goes above and beyond! It has been a real pleasure getting to know Sara - she keeps us entertained throughout our appointments and is sincerely interested in what’s happening in our lives. Congratulations, Sara, on this new endeavour! Knowing you, Urban Beauty will be a big success!

Sara has been my go to stylist for over a decade! I can't speak highly enough of the work she does. The salon is modern, bright and inviting. 5 stars for the service!
