Best place to get Melasma treatment done. It is worth every penny you will spend. I spent so much money on Melasma treatment in other places but was so disappointed. But Uptown will promise and will keep their promise to get it treated. I’m so happy with the results. Thank you so much Raj ❤️

I had my Picosure treatments done at Uptown Salon and I’m so thrilled with the results. I had melasma/hyperpigmentation on my face for about 7 years and it’s gone now. My face looks so fresh, clean. I had a CO2 laser treatment at Uptown Skin and Laser Clinic and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly before the procedure, which helped ease any nerves. The treatment itself was handled with great care, and the clinic was clean and welcoming. I’m very pleased with the results so far and would highly recommend Uptown Skin and Laser Clinic to anyone considering CO2 laser or other skin treatments.

Raj is extremely unprofessional and seems attentive only to new clients. Once you become a regular, she no longer cares. She frequently arrives late to appointments, which became increasingly frustrating over time. I initially enjoyed going to her and consistently booked my services with her, but eventually she would only briefly cut my hair and then pass me off to one of her girls to wash, dry, and style. It made me question why I booked a full service with her in the first place and paid a high price for it? On top of that, appointments are often cancelled without any prior notice. You don’t find out until you arrive, wasting your time, only to be told that Raj isn’t even present in the salon and your appointment has been cancelled. There is a lack of coordination in the team themselves. They don't even know about their daily appointments and when/ if the stylists will be in. I’m not sure why I continued giving her chances, as there are far better salons that value their clients’ time and business. I would not recommend this salon.
