Everyone here is genuinely so kind. Had to get a lot of work done over the course of a couple months and it was really fun joking around with Tom and the girls and jamming out to the music while my fillings were getting done. They all did such an excellent job! 10/10 experience.

Had a crown pop off and needed an emergency appointment. Uptown got me in the same day and quickly and professionally re-cemented the crown. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Dr. Tom was efficient with his (our) time, and detailed what he was doing throughout the procedure. I’m not a big dentist fan, but I plan on calling Uptown for all my future dentistry needs.

I had my first visit at Uptown Dental this week. It was outstanding! Every staff member I encountered was so friendly, and they all seemed to be making sure to go above and beyond to make sure I was feeling comfortable and informed at all times. As someone who had some pretty serious trauma from dental experiences as a kid, I just can’t explain how much I appreciate this. Highly recommend Dr. Tom, Emma and the whole Uptown Dental team!

I had an amazing experience with my dental assistant, the hygienist and my dentist. My hygienist was incredibly thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly as she worked, which made the whole appointment comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Thomas Burrows was fantastic - professional and extremely skilled. He took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was perfect before I left. I felt genuinely well cared for by all of them. Highly recommend this team!

I called up as a new client and was happily seen two days later. In for a long overdue check up, I was treated to x rays and all the new client stuff by Deb, who was wonderful (Happy belated!!). Then I met Tom who went over the overview of my issues very professionally. Next up was Taylor who got right into the cleaning. She was very thorough, professional and gentle. I had to come back a few days later to continue the work and met Ali, who finished up my cleaning with pretty much no pain at all. Back to Tom and Deb to fix 3 cavities, they worked beautifully as a team, a very well oiled machine. I was numbed out and given a shot and there was absolutely no pain. Off to reception where Justina and a lady who's name is didnt catch did all the billing and insurance stuff as quickly as humanly possible, again very smooth and easy. I had as great a time as possible while at the dentist!! A wonderful team of helpful, caring people dedicated to helping patients out as much as possible.
