We recently had our furnace replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Marc and his team were professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. There were some unexpected venting issues identified during installation, but they were communicated promptly and handled professionally, which we really appreciated. The work area was left clean, and our home is already noticeably warmer and more comfortable. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend!

I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Alex came over to fix our kitchen drain, he was very knowledgable and answered any questions we had. I believe it's a minimum 2 hour service, so with the remaining time he also checked a few other plumbing related problems we had, as well as teaching us some home maintenance. Great service at a fair price, I would definetly call them again.

Highly recommend ! Very quick response repaired my furnace in minutes also managed to fix one of the worst clogged kitchen sinks any of us had ever seen. Very clean and professional. The pricing was super fair, honest and broke down all work performed. truly appreciate this business and there help!

I had a very clogged kitchen sink drain that another plumbing company could not fix. I called upstream and told them the problem and they were very confident they could clear my drain. Marc was very good to deal with on the phone compared to other plumber companies in town. Alex showed up to the job and did an amazing job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Professional job, very clean, had all the tools he needed, and did work in a timely manner. He uncloged the drain and fixed a few other small issues. He did not have one part I needed in his van, but I offered to go to home hardware to get it as I live very close. He actually came with me to verify I got the right part. Unreal service!! And at a very good price. I will definitely call upstream again if I need their services in the future.
