Dimitri and the whole crew were excellent throughout the entire process with us. We arranged new roofing, gutters, trim repair and trim painting and everything was seamlessly handled. We have been very satisfied with our experience with Up and Up Roofing. We appreciated the high quality work they performed for us and the professionalism they displayed at every step of the process, from the initial site visit to the completion of the job. Interactions and correspondence with Dimitri and his workers (Freddy and Evan) was always friendly and timely. When it was discovered that there was additional work that the company could not perform, they generously did not charge us for some of the work they had done up to that point. We have been most impressed with their service and we highly recommend them for any roofing matters.
