This salon is the best. Very welcoming with experience and understanding. My kids are autistic and both stylists Jamie and Abby were accommodating. The owner is hands on and fixed my daughter's hair. She was crying when we went into the salon and smiling when we left. Highly recommend 👌

After three years of horrible salon experiences, I was very nervous to trust someone with my hair again. I booked an appointment with Gracie, and for the first time in years I left a salon genuinely happy and loving my hair colour. Gracie was meticulous and took the time to carefully fix the previous mess left by another salon (and my own attempts to correct it). She is a young, extremely talented stylist, and I’m so grateful I was booked with her. I’ve finally found someone I trust with my hair. Highly recommend Gracie!

i booked a last minute haircut with Gracie today and it was such a great experience. it started off with a relaxing hair wash/head massage and ended with a beautiful cut that was even better than the reference photos i showed her! she took her time with the cut and was so smooth with her work, i was confident the finished product would look amazing! i would recommend booking with Gracie and i definitely think ive found a stylist i will continue seeing :)

I had another wonderful experience at Untouchable Salon today! This time, I had my haircut done by Kaelyn, and she did such a great job. She’s very skilled, attentive, and kind, and I truly enjoyed the friendly conversation while she worked on my hair. Kaelyn made sure everything was done perfectly, and I walked out feeling refreshed and confident with my new haircut. What I really appreciate about this salon is that every single person here is amazing, from the stylists to the front desk, where everyone specifically Sylvia is so welcoming and professional. It’s always such a positive experience being here, and that’s why I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my haircut. Thank you again, Kaelyn, for your wonderful work and great energy!

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this salon. The service was nothing like what was planned and even my stylist Mariya admitted that the result wasn’t right. I was really disappointed and told her I wasn’t in a position to talk at that time because of how upset I was. Later when I called to fix the issue the receptionist who said she was the manager was so rude. She kept talking over me wouldn’t let me speak to Mariya and then hung up on me. I was charged for colour and styling even though I never asked for a style and didn’t get what I paid for. The way they treat their customers is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ll never go back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
