Universal is top notch. Our project was a restoration from water damage. Grant assessed the electrical damage and removed the affected fixtures. We appreciated having him return to do the reinstallation work. On a follow-up visit to install parts of a chandelier that were damaged in shipment, we had Sheldon. We greatly appreciate the responsive, knowledgeable, careful and friendly service from both Grant and Sheldon. They both went above and beyond to ensure expert installations. I highly recommend Universal and especially Grant and Sheldon!

Sheldon from Universal Electric did an excellent job. He replaced our old panel, all outlets and switches, repaired under-cabinet lighting, installed new fixtures and completed a thorough inspection of the electrical system. He was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and worked full days until everything was finished. He was also very accommodating while our family was moving in at the same time. Highly recommend his work.

We are so very pleased with everything that was done for us by this group. Craig did the initial inspection and was friendly and good at going through the procedure with us. Sheldon was our technician and we have absolutely no complaints about the job he did. We had a long list of things to be done and he spent a full day here. He finished everything and even a couple of extras we decided on at the last minute. I would never hesitate to use this company again. Great job everyone!!!
