They always do exactly what I want and a girl there was in awe when she saw the design and photo she said they looked exactly the same and the staff are so sweet!

I have been to Uni Nails a couple of times for pedicures. Interior is clean, modern and welcoming. To note, they do have an adorable and friendly golden retriever who roams the shop. They have the nice reclining massage chairs you hope for at nail salons, and clean and modern couches in the waiting area. Service is friendly and thorough, and all equipment looked cleaned and sanitized. One star off because my pedicure doesn't last as long as other salons. I don't get shellac (which I don't at other places either), and my nails seem to start chipping after only about a week. I've had much better luck at other places with my nails not chipping.

Well Jen (Jenny) and this nail salon has forever ruined going to any other place. I live in Australia and came home over the holidays to visit family, before moving overseas I got my nails done here and they were stunning. So naturally I wanted to do a mother daughter date the minute I arrived in Kelowna, and the Christmas set that I picked out wasn't going to be an easy task. Jen was so friendly and chatty which I always love, the owner who was great with communication via Instagram leading up to arriving in Canada regularly stopped by the desk to see how the progress of my nails were going. I shared a photo to Jen of what I wanted, and my gosh!!! She did it better than the picture and all freehand painting. These nails didn't take as long as I was expecting, my nail shape was narrow and long as i asked, which I highlighted all the imperfections my Aussie nail salon has been doing. If you live or ever in Kelowna for a trip, don't bother getting your nails done before hand. book your appointment here, the price is reasonable! I'm now currently trying to find a new/better salon here in Aus to match the amazing work Jen did to me. Photos are; the picture I provided to Jen, the picture of my nails just done, and 1 month later (coffee cup). Thanks again team! I'll be back in the future and hope you're still there Jen!

I went into UNI Nails with short, damaged nails and wanting 'something creative or different' than what I usually get (French Manicure). They were so patient with me, showing me many options but I was so indecisive (one of those days!). Henry gave me the best foot massage ever and Kent gave me these beautiful hombre nails to go with my Halloween costume. UNI is, once again, worth the drive from Vernon, for me! Thanks for your patience and skills today, Kent and Henry! You're awesome!

Such an amazing salon. Everyone was so kind and it was just so welcoming and relaxing, and they have the sweetest greeter (their golden retriever 🥰). I didn’t catch her name, but I believe she’s the owners wife that I got booked in with. She was absolutely amazing!! She was so nice and easy to chat with, and she did my favourite set of nails I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for some cool nail art, definitely book with her because she did a great job! Kent was also very nice and mentioned that if I needed anything fixed I could come back in within ten days (guaranteed) which is nice to know, although I won’t be needing that because she did a phenomenal job! This was my first time booking in with them, and I will definitely be returning, and I’m excited to use their other services that they offer.
