Zero customer service. They told me “ohh we don’t have time” …it was not even noon and there was literally less than 4 people. What do you mean you don’t have time,atleast try to see when the next available slot is even if it’s the next day,. It was my first time and definitely my last. Rather take my money elsewhere.

I booked online for the next day and it set me up and sent verification code. But when I came they said it's not in the system and it must be a bug as system shouldn't let you book for the next day. However staff is considerate enough to let me in after a brief wait.

I was delighted that Tonia was wearing an orange EVERY CHILD MATTERS shirt. Perplexed by the question, “How do you want me to cut your hair?” my stock answer was, “You went to hairdressing school; I didn’t!” Tonia agreed that she would treat me like she would her Moshoom and just cut with care and confidence. 10 minutes later I was less shaggy and, in my delusional mind, looked 10 years younger! Thank you, Tonia!!!

Got a haircut today and I love how it turned out! Emi was super friendly and made the whole experience really chill. It was exactly what I was hoping for — clean, quick, and just right. I’ll definitely be back!
