In the fall of 2018 I had an addition put on my house. In 2019 I started having some minor problems. These were corrected. Soon after there were more problems. I started saving all of the text messages back and forth between myself and Jason Ramdez in February of 2019. He kept telling me that everything would be taken care of; that he would have his best carpenter come to my house to check things out, etc. My last communication with him was in May of this year (2024). At that time he said that his best carpenter would be here in early July and would be in touch. From February 2019 to May 2024 I have saved 99 text messages. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Canada. They rejected my complaint because the work had been done more than 12 months ago. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Ive had 3 different jobs from them every job has had some sort of problem. To settle our last job that never got done. almost a year later he is making me change my review so i can get part of my deposit worth of work. "im satisfied" now LOL. The first job exterior of house was done good even with the issues. 3 over years later it still looks good.

It has been three years since we got new siding and trim on our house and we are still so happy with the quality work by Ultra Renovations! Jason was great to communicate with and Mike did an excellent job in adding insulation, siding and trim to our house (previously had stucco). It is a gorgeous light green now, with trim around the white windows and siding on the foundation part in cedar-like colours. 😍 We are in Regina, and Mike came recommended by a mutual contact.

We contacted Jason on the recommendation of others who knew of his excellent work. During a recent storm, our cabin had sustained serious damage to the deck and deck roof. From beginning to end, Jason listened to our concerns and kept us updated on the progress. He offered thoughtful suggestions as to bringing the cabin up to code while keeping within our budget. The improvements to the deck and cabin exterior were far beyond our expectations. Excellent workmanship!
