My jobsite was shut down for a required fuse after hours. Ultimate sent an electrician in to their shop when wholesalers were closed to help me find a suitable replacement. Also calling all their contacts when the exact fuse could not be found. Really went the extra mile at no charge, great people, highly recommend.
