I knew as soon as you walk in, reception, no good morning, not friendly, culture of "I dont care". Unrealistic estimates no kindness or manners. DEFINITELY GO TO FIX IT !!. High standards, very responsive, respectful to customers. Wish all body shops were as good, then again "its" Lethbridge?

Took my truck in for a full detail and it came out looking better than new! The team did an amazing job inside and out—every corner was spotless. Super professional, friendly service, and great attention to detail. Definitely recommend if you want your truck looking its best.

I rated them 1 star because I couldn't rate them lower. My experience was highly disappointing and serves as a warning to others. They installed parts on my car, painted them, and refused to return my old parts, claiming they had been discarded. Additionally, they failed to provide a tracking number to verify the authenticity of the new parts. On a positive note, Blake demonstrated far better customer service skills compared to their front desk agent, who was unhelpful and unprofessional.
