Just picked up my Road Glide CVO yesterday had some minor oil leaks and remapped my Thundermax tuner fantastic service, reasonable pricing, Cody is a great mechanic, and Natalie runs the front end she goes above and beyond with communication I have recommended a few friends to go there in the past and will continue when ever possible, support the small business well worth it. had a small problem with my bike in the busy season just back from a trip and Natalie some how got my bike in and out the same day fantastic service work done by Jefferson which a meet and thanked at pickup, once again a great place to go where they stand by their work and make you feel like part of their fantastic team they could teach the big dealers a thing or two. Great experience dealing with the people UGLY but HONEST motorcycles. They are quick to reply to you, staff are very friendly. Natalie was always friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. And Cody (who delivered my motorcycle back to me) was quick to respond and very professional. I would definitely store my bike with them again.

Took my old girl to get her heart transplanted! Not only did they tickle her under belly, they made her purr like a potato!!! 💜 Natalie and Cody have magic hands and shocked me with more than just a motor! Mucho love to these folks

I took my motorcycle for an out of province inspection Cody and his team were so Accommodating. I needed my motorcycle trailer to his shop. No problem. I was out of country and needed little more wiggle room. No problem. I needed my motorcycle brought home. No problem. Cody’s prices were very reasonable and I felt like he’s honest and does quality work. I also get the feeling that everybody working at Ugly But Honest is honest and they get along. Had a great experience here today. Fair pricing and quality service. Knowledge staff and always willing to chat and share their insight. It’s refreshing to see and I am glad we have a quality shop in the Spruce Grove area to have our Harley Davidson’s serviced. Thanks to Mark for squeezing me in for new brake pads on short notice. Thanks to Natalie for the pleasant check in, and thanks Cody and Trevor for the great workmanship.
