Tyler’s professionalism was top notch. He came to install my new toilet and recommended the perfect brand for our needs. He also detected some major issues with my water pressure and the leaky water tank. Knowing the importance of these issues he immediately addressed and fixed them~ prevented future problems. The service was amazing. The young man that came, was wonderful and he explained everything to me he needed to do and why. He was extremely polite and was able to carry on a conversation and work at the same time. I am highly recommending this company and "Gary" in particular. I have already recommended Tys Plumbing for her needs in the future. His kindness to me and everything about him personally made me feel extremely comfortable. We had an issue where using our showers was causing a problem in another part of the house. Tyler came by very quickly and was extremely efficient—he found the problem right away and fixed it without any hassle. We’re really happy with the service he provided and will definitely call him again if we have any other plumbing issues. Highly recommend!
