Tys Plumbing & Heating were incredibly fast and responsive on a Saturday! After a few days of no plumbing in our rental unit, we reached out to Tys to get the issue sorted ourselves so we could have running plumbing on a weekend. He got to our unit within 1.5 hours of calling, on a weekend, which is probably the fastest response time we've had in chilliwack. He had our pipes snaked and back in order within a half an hour, I've never seen it done so quickly. He had a very very big industrial snake machine that was very powerful and made quick work of the issue and got us up and running in no time. It was soooo nice to take a hot shower after 3 days of no plumbing. He even made up a detailed receipt for our landlord explaining how he can permanently fix the issue and offered his information to talk to our landlord anytime about fixing the problem permanently. Will definitely call Tys Plumbing & Heating again, and will reccomend to anyone!! Thank you!!!

I highly recommend TYS plumbing & Heating. Tyler is very skilled, listens to our concerns and meets our needs. We had issues with our old hot water tank, and he helped us replace it within two hours. He was quick and very competent at what he does. Highly highly recommend.. thank you Tyler

I had a clogged washing machine drain and Tyler came to fix it. He was extremely helpful, patient, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and solved the problem quickly. Highly recommend Tyler if you need a reliable plumber!

I was planning to renew my home insurance this year, but I found out that water heaters older than 10 years are no longer covered. When I checked my water heater, I realized it was about 15 years old and had started showing some minor issues. So I contacted TYS Plumbing & Heating, which has great reviews and is located near my home. I was able to book an appointment for Thursday 9 AM (3 days later) and the technician name Tyler, arrived promptly at 8:50 AM. While he's replacing the water heater, he kindly explained the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The replacement was completed in just two hours, and he also showed me how to check and maintain the water heater myself. If I ever have any plumbing or heating issues in the future, I’ll definitely call TYS Plumbing & Heating again.
