Went in for Santa pictures. Was pretty dead no line up was rushed out, and got crap pictures. You would think there would be some degree of effort from the photographer while getting some holiday pics done that you literally plan on sending, and sharing them for the holidays. Now I get to gather everyone up for next weekend to hit another place in hopes to salvage the family Christmas photo since this one flopped on its face. Not impressed.

Went to the Mall for Santa pics with my family, it was super dead, no line, yet we were rushed out with a a couple crappy pics to choose from, quite disappointing to pay $40 for one pic and it isn’t even a good one :(

Tyler and staff were so friendly and professional at Santa photos in Aberdeen mall! Line moved quickly and the pictures were such great quality! 10/10 highly recommend! They are pros!

Santa photo experience at the mall was very disappointing. We booked a spot online, which we found out afterwards, costs $10 to book (not stated on the website or booking page). Which, I would have been okay with. Except that they let multiple families who did not book a spot, go ahead of us, so we didn’t actually go during the time that we were booked. Feels like we were charged a $10 fee to guarantee our time, only to not get the time that we were booked for. We got less than 3 minutes with Santa and none of the photos turned out great. So overall we paid $45 + tax for 3 minutes and one photo that we weren’t pleased with. Lesson learned the hard way I guess :(

Love this Santa land! The staff is so friendly and they keep the line up flowing. Prices are reasonable and I love being able to get our pictures digitally instantly! 5 stars
