The male nail tech did acrylic ombre nails for me. He started applying acrylic before pushing back my cuticles and dehydrating my nail bed. I politely told him that he skipped a couple steps and that the acrylic would lift if he did not prep properly . He rudely told me he has done this for 6 years and he knows what he’s doing. I kept quiet after and let him finish. 3 days later my nails lifted… I went back and asked for a refund but he refused. I warned him that I will write a review and he said “do what you want” so, here we are. I will definitely not be going back.

I just got my nails done from Tye and I am absolutely obsessed with them!!! The staff is extremely nice and they take there time to make sure everything is perfect! Also the prices are great!!

Excellent customer service as they were able to accommodate my appointment with short notice. Even though they stayed late to finish my nails they didn't rush at all, not skipping any step. Taking care to do an excellent job with a high attention to detail. Even repeating the design a couple times until they were happy with it. Were very gentle, polite, and kind. Loved the finished result on my natural nails. Would come again. Update: this mani lasted over a month and I received many compliments.
