Ty is a great communicator! Very friendly. Knows what he is doing. When the plugged line was repaired; he continued working the blockage to make sure it didn't return. Great service! We're satisfied.

Excellent service and pricing. We had two tanks installed in our house. Other companies quoted the same flat rate for both, despite being on-site and using the exact same type of tanks as the replacements. They never considered that fact, even with my detailed explanation of the situation. Tyler took that into consideration when he did the quote. The installer was polite and respectful and did the work efficiently and correctly. We will definitely use Ty the Tank Guy again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. Great pricing. He was able to replace our hot water tank same day that we called which no one else could do. Very professional. Left no mess. Gave us some good pointers on maintenance. Highly recommend his services.
