I got a hair cut, all over colour, and blow dry done here. Stylist was nice but at first was shy and didn’t really make any conversation, we only started chatting after she washed my colour out and I began asking her questions. I mostly sat there awkwardly for the first half. I had reference photos and they are clearly two different shades of red, but she said that they were the same shade just under different lighting. The colour is not really what I wanted, I wanted bright but I somehow left with darker hair than I came in with. The cut is what I wanted but the face framing layers could have been better. I asked for a blowout as my style and it was okay but I left looking like Prince Charming (except his hair looks better than mine). My hairline was also stained red all day. Overall the cut was what I asked for, colour was darker than what I wanted, face framing layers are not the greatest and initial greetings and making clients feel comfortable could be better. Tried adding photos but it wouldn’t give me the option..

I have had SEVERAL services at this establishment, from a spa day, nail extensions, haircuts/colours for me and my whole family, pedicures and more!! I feel I am more than qualified to say this place is a solid choice for you or your family. Olivia (mine and my families regular stylist) even does men’s shaves and is super talented no matter what adult or child of my family is sitting in her chair!

I have the best time when I go to twisted pretty! Emma always does a beautiful job and listens to exactly what I want! I won't go anywhere else! Everybody is always happy and helpful, friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I had Jenna as my hair stylist and the overall experience at twisted pretty was great! I’m very happy with the results i got. Jenna was very nice and explained everything thoroughly before starting, to make sure we were both on the same page. Her work is amazing! Definitely would recommend her!

Absolutely LOVE twisted pretty! I’ve gotten my hair cut by Robyn, my nails filled twice by Kora and Chelsea! My nails held up four weeks with no lifting or chipping! I’ll keep being a loyal customer. This is definitely a one stop shop! 🥰 the customer service is GREAT and atmosphere is just wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about this place. 🫶
