Poor technical skills and no integrity. They do not know what they are doing at all. Last Nov. my car's engine oil leaked into the coolant, causing engine overheat and the coolant came out from the overflow tank. They told me the radiator was clogged and charged me $100 for the diagnosis. Then they changed the radiator ,but did not fix it. They said that's the overflow tank lid defective. They changed three lids , but the engine still overheat. They charged me $900 for not fixing the car and refused to refund. Not recommend, don't waste your money and time！

Just done with my Caravan services today at Tung Fat Auto Shop, and it reminds me that saying, "it's not the years in your car maintenance industry that count, but it's the quality service for your customer and their car". It is true for me still, especially after 15 years plus car serviced here in Tung Fat Auto Shop, I would give them a 4 stars ranking today for their excellent service. Both Jack and Jeffrey are very helpful in my every each question, thank you buddies, and have a great day to all!

I've been coming here for a while now involving my Acura tsx that needed some attention, and every time my car comes back i have no complaints, and they do it for the best prices imaginable. i recently had a accident involving my front end which was some cosmetic damage and internal damage, I've been to shops that quote me thousands of dollars, but i don't have the money to spend, but all i had to do here was supply the bumper and they installed it for a amazing price. the damage was so bad i didn't think they could pull it off, but John sent pictures while in the shop and i had absolutely no complaints. been going to these guys for a while now and they exceed my expectations every time. highly recommend

Highly recommend this auto body shop! I had some damage to my car and brought it in for repairs — the team was incredibly professional, honest, and efficient. They gave me a clear estimate up front, explained what needed to be done, and stuck to the timeline they promised. The work was top-notch — my car looks brand new again! No signs of the damage at all, and the paint match was perfect. They also handled communication with my insurance company, which made the whole process so much easier. Great service, fair pricing, and quality work. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them to friends and family.

NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE AN IDIOT AS ME. I can't imagine a worse car repair experience. 1. My car’s back seats were likely damaged by a mouse. ICBC assigned this shop for the repair. 2. A staff member named James inspected the car and said they'd notify me when the new seats arrived. 3. A month later, they said the seats were in. But when I picked up the car, they claimed they’d missed more damage and couldn’t complete the job. The back seats had already been removed—only the bare metal frame was left. 4. I had to drive with that exposed framework for three months. 5. After three months, they said everything was ready. But when I picked it up, I found holes in the backseat base—they had missed more issues. 6. Two months later, the repairs were finally complete. Other issues: • My air pump (from the trunk) went missing. They never responded to my inquiry. • When picked the car the last time, two letters “NJ” appear on the inside of the windshield during condensation and can't be wiped off. • James never apologized for the entire ordeal.
