I arrived excited for my massage and was paired with Rinka, who was very caring and provided an excellent full body massage. I did the 60 minute, but should have extended for the 90 as it went by so quickly. The combination of warm towels, hot stone, pressure and technique helped to release a tight muscle group in my shoulder that I've been carrying for about a week. I am so appreciative to the team at Japan Wellness that I plan to return as soon as I am in Vancouver again. Such an amazing find. どうもありがとうございます

I love this place to get massages! Before to start they ask you the preference part body to receive massage, level of pressure and during the session they take care of you in all aspects. I have been here 3 times and never disappoint, always so good! 100/100

I found this massage shop because my shoulders were very stiff. Since it recently opened, the place was quite clean and well maintained. As a first time customer visit here, they explained the massage clearly and asked about the pressure I wanted, which I really appreciated. It was an oil massage, and the pressure was well adjusted. The therapist was skilled and awesome 👍👍👍 it was a great experience, and I would definitely visit again.👊👊👊

This place is truly a gem in Richmond for massage. They offer not only highly professional massage skills, but also a spa-like atmosphere and attentive care. The environment is neat and clean, and they even use beautifully scented oils and warm towels, which adds a lovely touch. I see Momoko weekly — she is the first therapist who has been able to fully relax my lower back and find sore spots I never even knew existed! My body feels light for days after each treatment. What starts as a self-pampering experience truly becomes a meaningful physical improvement. I highly recommend supporting this dedicated and excellent business.
