Front end staff are very friendly, go above and beyond to accommodate clients when figuring out what coverage/benefits can be applied, and when booking, even with short notice or an emergency they can usually find a spot to fit you in. Hygienist are always top of their game and friendly (none of them Floss your gums too hard!) Dentists are all amazing at what they do as well.... im a wimp with needles, the dentists are all very patient, quick, and do the freezing (almost) painlessly. Nothing bad at all to say about Tsawwassen Place Dental or the staff. :)

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The front desk team is organized and friendly, and they make everything—from scheduling to insurance—easy and stress-free. The dentist and hygienists are exceptional: knowledgeable, gentle, and great at explaining what they’re doing and why. I never felt rushed, and they truly care about patient comfort and long-term dental health. I took my anxious daughter in for her first (ever) visit and everyone was so understanding and exceptionally helpful to make her have a positive experience- and she sure did!

Disappointed and Misled – $60 for Nothing I was charged $60 upfront, only to find out afterward that the new doctor doesn't specialize in the specific areas I needed help with. I find this incredibly frustrating and honestly, a total rip-off. I had been working with Dr. Sarah for some time and trusted her care — unfortunately, she recently retired. There was no clear communication about the limitations of the new doctor’s expertise before the appointment. This experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. I won’t be returning.

I have gone to Tsawwassen Place Dental Clinic for many years and I have never had a bad experience! They provide exceptional care here. Debra at the front desk is very helpful, kind and extremely hard working. Pavin, Kieran and everyone I’ve seen have been fantastic dental assistants and Dr. Harland is the best dentist in town. I highly Recommend!

Dr. Harland and her team are incredible. I just recently finished getting Invisalign and Dr. Harland's expertise was second to none. I felt very confident in my decision to get Invisalign through this clinic and I'm so glad I did. I had quite a bit of crowding in my bottom teeth and now I have a smile that makes me happy. I definitely smile a lot more now and a boost in my confidence. Chantal at the front desk was awesome working with my insurance and setting up a payment plan that was doable for me too. I highly recommend going here for all your dental needs. Dr. Harland is a very warm person who genuinely cares about her patients.
