i have a 2024 nissian sentra . have a promblems with a door lock . dealer ship advised i take the vehicle to tsawwassen collision , they would pay for repairs . spoke to your counter staff member , sdvised me that they dont bill 3 rd partys , repairs .that i would have to pay them . not bill dealer . surprised with the answer ,

Awesome service from start to finish. They were so efficient with my windshield repair, and arranging my rental. My car was so clean on pickup too. Best place I have taken a vehicle yet!

Not happy with the services provided by this place. It is a Tesla certified service station but the services are not like Tesla. I recently got my Model Y fixed here but when I got it back firstly it was very dirty which was not when I handed it to them. Also, they were supposed to match the color with my car color where it got fixed which was not done properly. Upon asking the guy replied that it is was they can do and about car being not cleaned up after service he said that it was my dirt not theirs. I felt it is very unprofessional reply. I personally don’t recommend this place to anyone.
