The staff are all awesome, the waiting area and general atmosphere are nice, and I've almost always been able to schedule an appointment for the next day if I was wanting something done sooner than later. Dr. Malhi was appointed to my case once I had xrays and figured out a general treatment plan. She works quick, is very patient, and is happy to answer any questions or concerns I bring up. I've had more than 6 appointments so far in the last few weeks, and each one has gone without a hitch. Easy 5 stars.

This is by far the most unprofessional and dangerous dental clinic I have ever encountered. My 6-year-old son was treated by Dr. Malhi for a simple filling. Within hours, his jaw became severely swollen. We thought it might just be from anesthesia, but the swelling and pain only got worse. When we returned for help, Dr. Malhi was nowhere to be found, and instead we saw Dr. Chang, who completely dismissed my child’s suffering, telling us this was “normal.” This was NOT normal. My son was in extreme pain, his swelling worsened each day, and by the time his lip blew up, we had no choice but to rush him to the emergency room. The ER doctors immediately confirmed it was a serious infection requiring antibiotics and pain relief — something the so-called “professionals” at this clinic either failed to recognize or simply didn’t care about. Both Dr. Malhi and Dr. Chang showed a shocking lack of responsibility, compassion, and competence. Their negligence put my child’s health in serious danger, and their dismissive attitude toward a 6-year-old in pain is absolutely unacceptable. Parents — do NOT risk your child’s health at this clinic. They are reckless, careless, and unfit to treat children. This place should be avoided at all costs.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn other parents about our experience at this clinic. My 6-year-old son went in for a filling with Dr. Malhi. Shortly after the appointment, his jaw became very swollen. At first, we thought it was just from the anesthesia, but the swelling and pain didn’t go away. When we returned to the clinic, Dr. Malhi was not available and we saw Dr. Chang instead. Unfortunately, Dr. Chang completely dismissed our concerns, saying the swelling was “normal,” even though my son was in severe pain. Over the next days, the swelling got worse and even spread to his lip. We finally took him to the emergency room, where the doctors immediately diagnosed a serious infection. My son had to start antibiotics and pain medication to recover. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to see my child in so much pain, and even more disappointing that the clinic failed to take our concerns seriously. Their unprofessionalism and lack of care put my child at risk, and I would strongly recommend other parents to avoid this clinic. Children deserve proper care, compassion, and accountability — we experienced none of that here.

I had a wonderful experience at TruSmiles Dental Clinic! The staff is incredibly welcoming, professional, and caring. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure I was at ease throughout the whole process. The clinic is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology. I’m very happy with the results of my treatment and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend TruSmiles to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Dr Fam has taken such good care of me. She's so very gentle & caring. I explained to her that I have been traumatized by 2 Dentists in the 70's. And everyone at the clinic has given me the most professional and gentle care. I love this clinic and it's staff. 5outta5
