We had Loni and Merlyn change out all our old copper pipes in the whole house and they did a fantastic job. It was a big project, taking about 2.5 days and it unfortunately fell on some of the coldest days this year but the guys did a job well done! They were respectful of our belongings, educated us on the new equipment and technology (sensors and auto-shut offs), and worked with our schedules. They were also sweet to our dog. A great duo! We highly recommend!

Exceptional Service – Above and Beyond Discovery Community College recently needed to install a sink in our Vernon site classroom to meet healthcare compliance requirements. What we initially thought would be a straightforward project quickly became far more complex. With the ongoing building boom in the Okanagan, we were unable to secure a framer until Spring 2026 — and even that was uncertain. I reached out to Trufinity Plumbing, and they connected us with Cole. We are incredibly grateful they did. Without Cole, we quite literally would not have a sink installed today. Not only did Cole go above and beyond in his work, he actively reached out through his industry contacts to help coordinate trades and move the project forward. When he encountered the same difficulty securing a framer for what was considered a “small job,” he stepped up and built the wall himself so he had a proper structure to run the plumbing to the ceiling. He then connected us with Franky from NorthStar Drywall, who did an excellent job, allowing ProWorks Painting to seamlessly match the existing paint. Cole returned afterward to complete and connect the sink unit. Throughout the entire process, Cole was professional, solution-focused, determined, and exceptionally skilled. He was wonderful to work with, and we felt fully supported and in capable hands from start to finish. Chilina in the office always notified us of when Cole would be onsite and timelines of the project. The texts with the plumber’s photo is a nice touch so the site knew who would arrive. Chilina stayed in contact while the other trades were active. Cole and Chilina helped to drive the project forward to completion. We highly recommend Trufinity Plumbing. We signed up last year for the membership with Trufinity after having problems with our heating system. At that time technician Julian fixed the issues and recommended a maintenance schedule. This year our second system failed and required a replacement Navian combi-unit as well as additional work on the glycol system. This required multiple stages of troubleshooting and problem solving. Julian did an excellent job of sorting out the issues and completing the work quickly and efficiently. They have a great team at Trufinity and deliver great customer service from the client communications to the technicians. Highly recommend!

I noticed my hot water tank had a slow leek. TruFinity was able to get me schedule in right away for an inspection and tank replacement. Lani was great and explained everything. Clean and tidy service. Will have them back.

I want to share how impressed and grateful I am for the work done by Austin Allen from TruFinity. Austin is an exceptional plumber who genuinely takes pride in his craft. He took the time needed to ensure everything was done to the highest standard, never rushed, and always explained what he was doing. The photo below shows what Austin discovered and replaced before that copper pipe eventually would have failed and leaked. His quick thinking, skill, and attention to detail prevented what could have been a major issue, and I’m extremely thankful for that. However, I want to be honest about the overall experience. While Austin’s workmanship and customer service were outstanding, the office communication was extremely disappointing. We were left waiting for nearly two months with almost no updates, and we experienced three separate no-shows with no calls or explanations. This made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. Austin, on the other hand, is a true professional—reliable, personable, and committed to doing the job right. TruFinity is incredibly lucky to have someone with his work ethic and dedication on their team. I highly recommend Austin, and I genuinely hope the company improves their communication to match the quality of his work.
