Dr. Hsu was so wonderful. I felt she really listened and is so knowledgeable but also flexible in determining the course of treatment. I was so impressed with the report I was sent immediately after my appointment, even including pictures! I would absolutely recommend this clinic 100 times over. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I've been meaning to write a review for some time now. My dog Moose underwent laser surgery for dermoids in May 2024. I can't thank Dr. Hsu and her team enough for the excellent care provided to Moose and I. They were flexible with appointments (we live out of province), very responsive over email, and very professional at the time of treatment - taking the time to explain and make me feel at ease with my decision to let my 6 month old dog undergo eye surgery. The healing process was seamless, and over one year later I still think of the love and care Dr. Hsu and her team gave to us, and how without them, Moose wouldn't be able to see the beautiful world around him out of one of his eyes. (Pictured is his dermoids condition before surgery, and his eye today.)

We could not be happier with the quality care provided by Dr. Hsu and the entire True North Vetrinary team. They were so thorough and patient not only with our pet but in ensuring we understood his diagnoses, care needs, and treatment options. They communicate in a timely manner by phone and email, and the whole team is knowledgeable and ready to offer whatever support is needed. We had to travel 5 hours for these appointments and each trip was worth it! Our little guy quickly fell in love with each of the staff, and was noticeably at ease during each visit. Thank you Dr. Hsu and the TNV team!!
