I don't know who is running this place but they should be fired! Waited online for 5 hrs there was only for big trucks online for the auto wash there's 2 auto wash bays they were only running 1 bay! do to "short staff" there's all kinds of people looking for work how on earth are you short staffed! So im in the lobby waiting to get washed no water no food! Lady says oh well we are waiting for our truck 🤔 hmm if I was running this place I would order things before we ran out! This place used to be great in the beginning so disappointed,

Love the "auto" truck wash! I went through it for the first time today and came out with a nice shiny ride again after a week of pounding the highway in pretty nasty road conditions (freezing rain, snow, slush etc). I figured "auto" meant fully automatic, but it starts with two people blasting everything with a fire hose and scrubbing all the shiny bits with a soapy brush. They did an amazing job before the gantry went over and did its thing. In and out in 45 minutes, which would have taken me over 2 hours on my own, and it wouldn't have been nearly as clean!

Had been a customer for more than 2 years but one time changed the whole experience. Bug wash wasn’t working at all but the card meter was still running. I told the young lady at front desk who was busy making snaps and watching instagram. I told her can you adjust since I tried so long to use bug wash but not working. She said your car looks cleaner… like what??? Lost a customer. Not happy. I liked it there I am just reporting now but it happened about month ago

Pretty quick service and the people are always very nice to deal with. Manager is awesome to resolve issues if you bring them up to him, bring my Oilfeild worktruck there all the time! Along with my personal :)

Pics are right after coming out of wash yesterday. Sooo disappointed. This is a $200 service and look what i received. Wasn't happy with the service at all. Spent 1 hr in bay to come out like It never got washed at all. They should learn from blue beacon truck wash branches and how they operate: quick service, 4-5 boys washing units in team and They get one truck out in 20-25 mins. Wanna recommend: You get so many oil field truck trailer units everyday, perhaps Add 3-4 more boys for quick and better washout service. Thank you for serving Grande Prairie area.
