I found them to be patient and professional throughout the whole process of replacing a hot water tank. I liked the fact they had a flat rate package. The installation was a little more complicated than expected as the tank was a little wider than the previous one. They had to take out a gas line and then reinstall it to make room. The last tank lasted over 15 years, hopefully this one will too. Thank you for doing the work on only 4 days notice.

The guys at TrueLink are amazing! I had a leaky faucet that was pooling water on my kitchen counter and under the sink. The situation could've been worse but Adam helped me mitigate the issue over the phone. Literally 1 hour after, Adam had sent one of the most clean cut plumbers i have ever met - Merlin. He fixed the issue and went over exactly what he did. Thank you Adam and Merlin. I love how professional you and your team are. You will be dealing with everything for me and my family moving forward. Ps. Our furnace needs to be changed. I will be reaching out to you very soon.
