I used true balance to get my hormones checked and ended up going on TRT but opted for HCG because of my fertility concerns. I was put on an estrogen blocker that ended up tanking my test levels so I let the clinic know and went and got more blood work and adjusted everything as needed and then they did 1 more follow up blood lab after 2 weeks and said “yea okay cool everything looks good” that was the last I heard from them. No follow ups, no “how are you feeling” and then when I reached out to get follow up blood work to make sure my estrogen levels were where they should because I’m not on the blocker they told me “the blood work isn’t a good indicator it’s how you feel” I’m sorry but for a clinic to say that goes to show me they don’t really care about their patients post grabbing their money and running. My wife also went on hormone therapy and hasn’t heard from them since November. If you’re looking for hormone therapy there are tons of other clinics out there that will continue to follow up and monitor you and not take your money and run then fight you on wanting blood work done. We have enough doctors in this country who fight you when you want a hormone panel done we don’t need it from clinics that are there to “help” I’ll be switching my care to a local clinic that will actually continue follow ups and not just leave you hanging for months. I do not recommend true balance for your hormonal needs.

My experience with Nurse Kirsten was amazing. I am so happy with my lip filler. They feel fuller and much more hydrated. I can actually leave the house with just some lip gloss and I feel put together! Kirsten was extremely professional and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I would highly recommend Kirsten for your Botox and filler!
