I had my first facial at Trinity Salon & Spa today and it was a wonderful experience! The front desk staff were kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Choi did my facial and she was amazing! The treatment was thorough, gentle, and refreshing. I was impressed by how many steps were included. She was also sweet and fun to talk to. I received a great shoulder and neck massage, which made the experience more relaxing. I also appreciated the leg massage option. That is something I have not experienced at other facial spas before, and it was a nice touch. Thank you for the experience! I will definitely be back.

Today I visited Trinity Salon & Spa on Dawson Street in Burnaby, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Jenna at the front desk was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful — such a great first impression! I was there to enjoy a FREE 1-Hour Glow Facial that I won in a giveaway, and it was exactly what my winter skin needed. My consultant, Choi, made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain the treatment before starting. My skin had been so dry and flaky from the cold weather, and the rich creams and hydrating mask felt incredibly soothing. Choi gave a gentle, relaxing massage to my face, neck, and chest — pure bliss. By the end of the treatment, my skin looked refreshed, hydrated, and truly glowing. That one hour was the perfect escape from my busy life and such a boost for my overall well-being. I appreciated every minute of it. I’ve also had treatments in the past with Sun, who is honestly my all-time favourite facial specialist. Her technique, attention to detail, and the way she makes you feel completely relaxed is unmatched! I always love coming to Trinity Spa because they consistently go above and beyond my needs and expectations. Highly recommend!

Really saw the results after five days, shine is really professional on each session, she knows which treatment suit for me. I did Chrome fractional . You can see my day to day change. Great results, really satisfied. My acne skin getting much better, also lifting my face too.

I’ve been coming here consistently for over two years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. All of the staff are incredibly kind, warm, and truly skilled at what they do. You can really feel how much care and pride they put into their work. I also love that they regularly bring in new machines and treatments, so there’s always something new to experience. The overall atmosphere of the shop feels very welcoming and almost like a family — it’s such a comfortable place to be 💗 A special thank you to Director Shine for always taking such great care of me with so much attention and detail, and to Trina and Ivy as well — I’m so grateful for your care and kindness.
