at the dog park, locked my keys in the car with wallet and phone. my dog had an extra trot to Trident for help. My girl enjoyed all the love and Travis got us into our car. A huge thank you and puppy appreciation

We were told up to 1 hour wait but a service tech came less than 30 minutes after call. He was quick and efficient, friendly and curious. Thank you for an excellent service and prompt timing.

Trident is my personal choice for calling when i need something done they are very helpful fast and beyond efficient,they are very informative to make sure that everything works out in regards to telling you what may or may not work therefore giving you the information to find out before hand . There staff is very knowledgeable and helpful ,polite I called in and they came out the same day I highly recommended them for any job 💯

Absolutely amazing people here! Long story short I needed a new key for my truck, and we thought we needed to get it programmed etc. The service I received, paid and unpaid was amazing. Above and beyond and will always be my go to! The young lady (not Brooke) was who I spoke to on the phone initially , absolutely amazing at understanding my non mechanically inclined words into action. Brooke was my initial contact in the office, above and beyond she went helping me with wafers and doing my new key and explaining things crystal clear. Dana the owner /manager/ 'cheesecake' (he will get the joke) I couldn't be happier. I had the pleasure of meeting last , when we thought we needed to program my key (turns out I accidentally reprogrammed it myself at home) absolutely fantastic customer service. Thank you to the whole team for your help today!

Fantastic service, very easy to communicate with and exceptional service turnaround. The locksmith brought examples to choose from and provided great advice after moving into our new home. The new house is far more secured and the hardware looks great. Highly recommend. Also, our dog liked him which is the ultimate test.
