Dr.Julianne Lavoie was incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable with our extremely reactive dog. We have never been able to feel totally secure taking our fur family member to a vet. She is was able to administer his vaccinations carefully yet quickly. Dr. Lavoie was helpful and knowledgeable in walking us through the procedure. We had only half the sedation that he usually requires. We were considering the impacts of not getting his vaccinations due to the stress it causes him primarily as well as us. Dr.Lavoie is now our family Vet and we will make the drive from Calgary to Spruce Grove for our subsequent needs. I would highly recommend her approach and her knowledge.

We've been bringing our reactive dog for 2 years now. Every time, the staff have been more than accommodating to any requests we have. When we made the difficult choice last month to put him down, everyone at the clinic was empathetic, compassionate and showed us so much support. Any question I've ever had, big or small, they have treated it with the same level of seriousness. I can't thank this amazing team for how wonderful they made all our experiences with them, even the hardest one. Thank you!

I had a very upsetting experience at this clinic while attempting to have my dog neutered. We clearly communicated our dog’s temperament and our concerns ahead of time. Despite this, the situation was handled poorly and without compassion. During the visit, Dr. Julianne Lavoie asked me to leave the exam room so they could “deal” with my dog while he was already half sedated. I later learned the plan was to restrain him through a gate and hold his head in place to administer sedation while he was already partially sedated, which I found extremely distressing and inappropriate for a rescue let alone any dog. Thats inhumane. Dr Lavoie lacked compassion when speaking to us about our options and gave us so much attitude when speaking to my husband and I. The way my family and I were spoken to and treated by her during this visit was unprofessional and lacked empathy. I do want to thank Dr.Rob for his professionalism and was able to rectify the issue without further actions.

Staff were very professional & kind when we had our pomeranian undergo teeth extraction. They cared for Foxy like one of their own.

Last week, I brought my male cat for a checkup as he was not acting right. The staff and doctor(s) were so wonderful in helping me, and diagnosed the issue quickly. Throughout the whole experience , they listened, they explained the whole procedure and I felt like I was getting the help my little buddy needed. he is doing great, and I suggest to anyone looking for a great vet clinic for their fur friends, give them a try.
