I'm really disappointed in this clinic. Their physiotherapists are quite good, but a recent experience has highlighted that the office staff is really problematic. To the extent, even though I am currently recovering from a minor surgery, I have cancelled any further appointments with them. I found that neither the owner nor the front desk was able to even acknowledge that they might have made a mistake and that their process might need some correction. The clinic has a 24 hour cancellation policy. I changed one of my appointments to my husband. The office admin asked me for the information orally, and noted it down. No one contacted him till the day of the appointment. I was recovering from a minor surgery and sleeping a lot and wasn't tracking appointments. The day of his appointment he noted he still hadnt' heard from them. I called and left them a message at 11:40 am to note that he hadn't heard from them, and if they couldn't let him know, he might have to miss the appointment. Someone left me a message at 1:30 pm saying that they had sent email reminders to my husband, that they could see that he has read all of them, even if he says he hasn't got them. And he will charged if he can't come. I was pretty astonished at this response - it almost felt like the person believed I was lying to them. On returning from work at 4:00 pm my husband mentioned he still hadn't heard anything from them. Apparently, he had also received a message saying the same thing as my message above. I called them back and got someone on the phone. The person said the same thing to me as the earlier message - "all messages have been opened and read by your husband". He will need to pay if he can't come. I told the front desk staff - we are repeatedly telling you that we haven't received the messages, and you are insisting that we have. Perhaps you have written down the wrong email. Which is what had happened - the front desk person had written down the wrong email. Even so, the person said, that as they had a 24 hour cancellation policy he would need to pay, till I got really upset. At this point the person said of course she didn't mean that we would need to pay, just that that was their policy. When I bought this to the owner's attention, he similarly refused to acknowledge that their clinic had made a mistake, similarly said - we can see when emails have been opened. I did point out to him that if someone writes the wrong email, perhaps that is where the fault lies in all that is following. It would have been would be great to get some acknowledgement that there had been a problem at their end. But this was not forthcoming. In fact, the owner started trying to ask me why I hadn't been able to provide the information required, and what time exactly I called, etc. Eventually, I am left wth the idea, that with this clinic, if there is ever an issue - it will be obviously be resolved at my cost - I would need to pay, I would need to find out of they have written down the write information, etc. I guess I 'm not willing to deal with a business that isn't able to acknowledge even such a minor fault. I feel it would have been pretty easy for me to apologize and acknowledge this, if I had made a mistake. So this review is to ensure that you consider that you triple check everything. Because it will always be your fault and resolved at your expense.

Tri-City Physio has to be one of the best physio clinics out there! The facility is super clean and the staff are some of the most knowledgeable, caring, and nicest individuals you’ll ever meet. I had injuries from playing sports that I thought I’d have to deal with for the rest of my life. Not only did they treat the symptoms, they went above and beyond with their wealth of knowledge in helping me build back up to peak shape. It has been an incredible experience and has allowed me to enjoy the activities I once thought I’d have to give up on. Big shout out to Saqib, Nate, Keith, Filip, Dan as well as the whole team there. Definitely recommend!

Thank you Tri city Physio for always going the extra mile! Professional, helpful and supportive! What a breath of fresh air! You love what you do and it shows! Love my physio therapist Keith, he is always patient and kind! I also see Daniel and Nate for kinesiology. They all are amazing! You will be in good hands with anyone at this clinic, they all are knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you!

This is the best Physio facility hands down! I always feel like a VIP when I come in. Nate and Keith have been amazing throughout my recovery journey; super knowledgeable, friendly, and effective. Also, a huge shoutout to Natasha, Saqib, and the rest of the team for always being so welcoming. I highly recommend!

I had a full knee replacement December 18,2020. Such a great team at Tri City Physio. Reception is super friendly and always ready for you. Neil is so knowledgeable and professional, not only does he encourage and push me to work harder, I love how he explains all the details of my recovery in a way I can understand. Big shout out to both Neil and Keith , honestly don't think I would be his far along with out them.
