First time I go in to remove my nails, they file my nail too much that I could see bruising and blood underneath of it. Then as the second time I go to cover the bruised nails with bio gel, they are done all crooked, asking her to fix it she gets passive aggressive talking chinese with other coworkers quite possibly about me.

From the start, I used to come here whenever the great nail tech was here, but it’s crazy because even the best nail tech left because of how shitty the clientele and how bad the manager treats his staff. I had a terrible experience at Trendy Nails. Every worker there seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. My nail polish started lifting off my acrylics within the first day!!!!!!!! and every nail was shaped a different size. My friend also got her nails done and had such a bad experience that she ended up walking out. When she told the technician she didn’t like how her nails were turning out, the manager rudely told her, “We’ll just clip them off and you can be on your way.” She reminded them that she came for a refill and those were her real nails underneath, and instead of fixing the issue, the owner caught an attitude and got defensive. Overall, it was unprofessional and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very bad service, just got my eyebrows done and they are literally inefficient in doing eyebrows, my both eyebrows look different now and I might have to get it fixed it again The staff was very very rude and the worst thing is that she wasn't doing it even when I told her to fix it. Also, they dont speak English at all...STOP FOOLING PEOPLE IF YPU DON'T HAVE PROFESSIONALS.

I sat for an hour and a half with high hopes for my nails, given the price quoted was 89.99$ The design turned out VERY sloppy and was not close to the inspo picture I provided whatsoever. The lines aren’t straight and I’m overall very disappointed. Upon calling, they said they don’t give refunds and now I’m sad and out $90.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience getting my acrylic nails done with TAO! The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. My nail technician TAO, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. The attention to detail, precision, and care in the application was top-notch. The salon was clean, stylish, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails already—I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend TAO for anyone looking for quality nails!
