I went there for lash extensions. The girl kept gluing my lashes together having to pull every other lash she put on apart which was very painfulI. I woke up the next 2 days having to put a wet warm compress on my eyes to be able to open them. They were crusted shut. The only other time that happened is when I went to a lady's house and she never washed her hands after walking into her house the same time I did.

I have been getting my lashes done here for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results every single time. The lash tech is incredibly professional, gentle, and pays great attention to detail. My lashes always look full yet natural, and they last for weeks without any issues. The studio is clean, relaxing, and welcoming — overall an amazing experience every visit!

Called to ask if they do classic lashes and they said they do. Made an appointment for a fill when they asked if my current lashes were done there and I said no. They said they would have to charge me extra for the fill as it's not their work on my lashes. Seemed odd but sure. I arrived and told them I'd like to stay with classic lashes and I like them short and no longer than 9/10 length. When I was done I had long volume lashes....$90 total. I will be going back to see if they can remove them and do what I asked. I am a lash tech myself and am a little surprised I experienced this but we will see what they do to fix it.

I went in to get my lashes done, it was not uv so my lashes needed to be taken off to do a new set. I understand that, but I specifically told the tech that I wanted the same length and same look to it. She did not do the same length, it was half the length or less, nor did she do my full eye, I have spots that aren’t filled in on both sides of my eyes so it is just focused on the middle. It looks stupid, and total waste of money. I am using mascara on my third day of having these lashes just to make them look better.
