Cody created and has been updating Aiden’s training program since he started working out at the Training Zone and continued after Aiden’s move to Saskatoon. Cody’s knowledge and expertise helped Aiden put on size and strength, helping him achieve his goal of making the Junior National Baseball Team. Thank you, Cody for all your time and effort! I have been a member at The Training Zone for a few years now and I highly recommend this gym. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the facility and keeps everything is great order. Equipment is of high quality and on the few occasions that I’ve noticed items that need to be maintained or repaired they have been serviced immediately. I also really enjoy the vibe of the gym. It’s a great space to lock into your workout and exercise without a bunch of distractions. At the same time you also get to know the people who workout at the same time as you and build some rapport. Would definitely recommend the facility to anyone looking for an effective way to improve your physical and mental health. It’s been great on both counts for me.

Excellent drop-in rate$. Mandatory masks are in effect and machines are spaced apart. The whole gym has been rearranged to accommodate for appropriate space. They removed any equipment that would be in the way. . i have just started and i enjoy it. Staff is friendly and informative. Price is right .

One of the best gyms in Saskatchewan. It may not have the newest equipment, shineist dumbbells or the best change rooms, but it has a strong beating heart filled by the people who go there. Being there and seeing the pictures on the wall is inspiring and a driving force for many there. Great place, 6/5
