I’ve visited Trailside Physio a few times, and most recently I’ve been working with Jacky Shen — I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. I came in with persistent neck issues, and thanks to Jacky’s expertise, that problem has completely disappeared. During my recovery, I also injured my shoulder during training, and he’s helped me rehabilitate that as well. His care and professionalism have made a huge difference. I highly recommend him and Trailside Physio!

Trailside physio is the best physiotherapy I’ve had! I was lucky enough to work with Tri who is not only very knowledgeable and professional, but also extremely personable and easy to talk to. The fact that they have multiple locations was also a big plus as it was very easy to switch me from the New Westminster location to the Coquitlam location when the Coquitlam location became more convenient for me. 10/10 would recommend to anyone of all ages.

I started getting physiotherapy treatment fromChristina Smith after a car accident. She is an excellent physiotherapist. She listens well and each session is tailored to the specific needs of that day. She is a wizard with the needles! My neck muscles had not felt so good in ages! She also has a great schedule that accommodates professionals! I had 6:30am sessions before work. Great way to start my day. Highly recommend! You are I great hands with Christina!

I started seeing Christina Smith after a sports injury over three years ago and she had me back up and running within weeks! I continue to see Christina with any minor flare ups and she is always the most professional, kind and knowledgeable therapist I have been to. The entire staff and facilities at Trailside are amazing and the ease and convenience of booking online is super helpful. Highly recommend!!

I have had the pleasure of Christina as my physiotherapist for a number of years. She is professional, thorough and has helped me through a myriad of injuries. She always has my back and in the last couple of years has been doing IMS for a couple of pesky problems. I walk into her office in pain and I’m bouncing with relief on the way out! She is not only an amazing therapist but also an amazing human being. You can’t do better than Christina! And it’s also true - if you do your exercises — the process will work 😊

Over the years I’ve had the fortune/ misfortune to attend Trailside physio (Lots of injuries).They’ve always been able to get me up and moving again! Most recently I have been dealing with frozen shoulder and have been under treatment by Christina Smith. She been great helping me recover, her minute changes of angles and arm position has me well on my way to recovering. I highly recommend Christina and the crew at Trailside! Rob
