We’ve been going to Trail for about five years now, and they have consistently provided outstanding service. During our most recent winter tire changeover, we ran into a hiccup with the rims. Trail Tire went above and beyond by ordering us a completely new set of rims! They look awesome! We highly recommend this shop! They truly care about their customers, keep you safe on the road, and always go the extra mile with their service.

First off this team is amazing. They set me up with incredible tires that have kept my family and I so safe so far this winter season. Thank you Trail Tire crew! Andy is a real life superhero. I showed up today with a dreadful squeal in my back tire and in less then 5 minutes back on the road squeal free. Highly recommend this business.

I had such a wonderful experience at Trail Tire today! As a woman, I’ve had my fair share of shops where I felt talked down to or pressured, but this place was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with genuine respect and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my vehicle. They explained everything clearly, never made me feel rushed, and were completely transparent about pricing and options. It was honestly such a relief to feel listened to and taken care of. The service was quick, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I left feeling confident about the work that was done. I can’t recommend them enough,especially to other women looking for a shop they can trust. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time visiting Trail Tire Kamloops, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I had booked them for a tire change and wheel alignment, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff were very professional, friendly, and informative. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about the service. The pricing was also very affordable, which was a pleasant surprise. I also asked for a quote on some future work, and the price they gave was very reasonable compared to others in town. I truly feel like I’ve found a trustworthy and reliable place for all my car care needs. Trail Tire Kamloops will be my go-to auto service shop from now on. Highly recommended!

We were camping when we got a rock stuck in our tire, and decided to replace all 6 tires on our dually truck. Trail Tire was able to get us in and replace them the same day! The team was quick, professional, and very helpful. While waiting with our family of 5, they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed—our kids even got suckers, which they loved! Excellent service and highly recommend.
